I've been going here since I was a kid. It's Lexington market. So it's cheap greasy and fast.
They only take cash. But almost every place the market only takes cash.
They have burgers, subs and fries. It's very basic. I had a 1/4 pound bacon cheeseburger w fries and I think it was 5.75.
It's a weird setup. The man always handles the cash and orders and tells the lady (the wife I presume) what the order is. She never looks at the customers only at the man. And she cooks. It's been this way for years. Kind of like a calm version of the soup Nazi. I don't know. Maybe I'm overthinking this.
Overall it's solid for burgers and fries. It's hand made patties on a soft Kaiser roll. Cut fries. All tucked in a small styrofoam container. -

Parks has been here for years, the food taste great but the wife is not sanitary at all. Eat at your own risk. I stopped eating hear years ago because she dropped my bun and tried to act like it was ok. And when I asked for a new bun she had that me no speak English ATTITUDE! No miss I saw you. So a week ago a co-worker and I went the because this was the only place we could find a burger close. And she had on no gloves and uses her bare hands to smash your bun. smh..But again its cheap and the food is good. So you get what you pay for a yummy dirty burger

Okay, if you down to your last four buck$, this place hits the spot. However, who ever gave this spot 5-stars is either an employee or a paid actor. First of all, this spot is in quick food trap that targets poor African Americans who likely have diabetes, heart disease, etc & a sensitive fixed income--so there's that. I don't know how fresh the meat is but it's definitely Grade D beef that the cook loads with over salt to make it taste good: Tip: anything fried with salt appears to be "good". Customer service sucks. Not to sound racist (which is a racist stmt) but it's clear that the cook & cookstress appear to be forced labor & probably victims of human trafficking. I did notice that a majority of the food spots are run by Asians but the majority of the patrons are African American...I didn't see one Asian patron. This is disturbing, but not untypical of the bloodsuckers of Black Baltimore.
Bottom line, this place needs to be shut down-immediately. Do not eat at this spot. -

Note: Cash only establishment.
For the price point (note that this is the condition), it is hard to beat this burger. Tasty, fresh, and everything that McDonald's isn't (but it would be great if it could be). As a matter of fact, hours after I had left Baltimore to head back to DC, I was still talking about and tasting (if you know what I mean) this burger.. and I was quite okay with that. Already planning to come back... hopefully soon. Now about the fries... they were undercooked, so cook them a bit more and we have a home run.
